For the first time ever, we’re unveiling an exclusive heated pool experience, set along the serene Spokane River. Welcome to The Chill Experience — a magical winter wonderland where our outdoor pool transforms into a cozy retreat amidst the beauty of snow-covered landscapes and Riverfront Park.

You are greeted with a complimentary cocktail while you immerse yourself in the soothing warmth of our heated pool, with crisp winter air and stunning views as your backdrop. Whether you’re unwinding under the stars or taking a refreshing dip, this enchanting oasis offers the perfect winter escape.

This unique experience is exclusively available to overnight package guests every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 5-10pm November 1st – December 28th, 2024 as well as December 31st for New Year’s Eve. *This experience is open for all ages.

Escape to The Chill Experience, where the tranquility of the river meets the sparkle of the season. Room packages start at $191 a night and include two complimentary cocktails.

What to Know Before You Chill:

• Wristbands will be provided at check in to be worn during your time at the pool. 
• Robes will be provided during your time at The Centennial. A $45 charge will be added to your guest room folio if the robes are not left in your room at the end of your stay.
• Cubbies will be provided at the pool for extra items, but we recommend keeping valuables in your guest room.
• At check in, you will receive two drink tickets, please bring these tickets to the pool to redeem for a poolside cocktail, mocktail, beer, wine, or soft drink. A valid ID is required at the pool if you plan to enjoy cocktails.
• Please enjoy your heated pool experience during these pool hours: 5:00pm -10:00pm.
